Your journey begins here @ Oranje Tractor Wine

Doing things a little differently, but always with our fellow inhabitants on this planet in mind, has been our motto from the start. You will find us on a continuous sustainability journey - a route that is challenging yet rewarding. Our goal is to craft unique, terroir-specific wine for you to enjoy using organic and regenerative practices that work with nature, not against it. We’re in Albany WA, four hours south of Perth, the capital of Western Australia.

Our vineyard is carbon negative since our 8H property absorbs 6 times the amount of CO2 (and CO2 equivalents) than are 3H vineyard emits. So, we are better than net zero and we didn’t need any offsets because of the extensive tree planting we’ve undertaken on the property.

Our rustic Tasting Room is packed with vintage items and ambient charm, to help you feel relaxed.  The tasting room is reached by a gentle meander through our extensive organic gardens where you'll see a myriad of fruit growing.

We welcome visitors to enjoy seated wine and food pairings, called Wine Flights, and other tasting experiences and a farm tour. Bookings are ESSENTIAL however. The days you can make bookings vary throughout the year but are commonly Friday to Monday. Please see the Experiences tab for more details above and to book, or click here.

Access and Inclusion

Our tasting room and outdoor areas are accessible for people of all abilities, providing the necessary facilities for visitors to enjoy their time with us.

The tasting room floor is level, doorways meet regulations for wheelchair and pram access.

Our external flat terraced area is near the Tasting Room and has outdoor seating with both low-level informal seating and dining tables and chairs. A wheelchair can draw up to these tables.

Our general parking area is approximately 50m from the tasting room. A path with a gentle slope connects the parking area and the tasting room. Our designated disabled parking area is clearly signposted and is located right next to the tasting room.
